BEGIN

Beginner Class

Brand new to yoga? Haven’t practiced in a long while and need a refresher? This class is for you. An introduction to foundational postures and breath work, BEGIN will give you the knowledge and confidence to participate in and enjoy a variety of yoga practices. 

RESTORE

All Skill Levels

Enter stressed and tight, leave relaxed and renewed in your body and mind. RESTORE is a combination of gentle yin and restorative postures that use a variety of props to create shapes in the body which promote relaxation, elongation of muscle, and fascial release, along with targeted breathing techniques. 

SLOW FLOW

All Skill Levels

Vinyasa flow (breath to movement) in a slow and intentional practice that pauses in each posture for additional breathing space and opportunity for alignment. You will find new strength, balance and breath control in a FLOW SLOW class.

VINFLOW

All Skill Levels

This flow connects breath to movement at a faster place than a slow flow. You might flow in and out of a pose several times before holding it in for a few breaths. VIN-FLOW allows for a lot of variety as you move from pose to pose, generating a good amount of internal heat as you master the inhale and exhale rhythm.

HOLY YOGA

All Skill Levels

Connect to God through breath and movement. HOLY YOGA uses guided scripture meditation to center your mind and spirit as you move through a combination of slow flows and restorative postures.

YINFLOW

A fusion practice that combines two different styles of yoga. Yin targets joints and connective tissues, while Flow focuses on muscles and blood flow. YINFLOW can help with flexibility, strength and balancing energy.

REAL YIN

Traditional yin yoga that targets deep connective tissues such as fascia, ligaments, and joints. Poses are held for a longer period of time to stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through mild discomfort and sit quietly with your thoughts.

GENTLE

All Skill Levels

Movement is slow, linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually. We may move in and out of a pose and then find a holding position. This preparation and fluid entry into postures protects and nurtures joints, muscles, and connective tissue. GENTLE yoga is suitable for all levels, including the newer yogi.
